Julia Reis is an excellent APRN. She explains all tests needed where the patient completely understands, listens to your concerns and if you have a follow-up question via the portal she answers you quickly.

The APRN wasn't bad. She checked my ears, which was my main cause of concern (an infection), but she didn't check anything else. I surmise the experience as she listened to me and understood the problem, but I am unsure if everything that could be done at the time was done.
