Learn how to prepare for a cesarean birth and what to expect before, during, and after delivery. Taught by an experienced Family Birthing Center registered nurse, this class covers the operating room experience, anesthesia, family-centered options, and recovery in the hospital and at home. Class size is limited to 8 couples. In-person and virtual options are available. Register mother to be only and she is allowed one support person.
