Tracy Church is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Hartford HealthCare. She oversees HHC’s people strategies and the teams and work focused on patient/customer experience; colleague engagement; organizational development; colleague and provider talent acquisition; university relations; talent management and development; colleague benefits and services; rewards and recognition; well-being; human resources operations; health equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging; project management; and continuous performance improvement.

Over her career in healthcare, Mrs. Church has extensive experience providing leadership and strategic direction for planning, organizing, and administering the full spectrum of an organization’s human and physical resources and related policies and programs. She has held roles at for-profit and not-for-profit organizations providing long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation and ancillary services, and with companies providing benefits consulting services, and workers’ compensation and employee benefits administration. Prior to joining HHC in 2011, Mrs. Church served as vice president for Human Resources Operations and Compliance at what formerly was known as San Francisco-based Catholic Healthcare West (now Dignity Health, part of CommonSpirit Health).

Mrs. Church is actively involved in the community and currently serves on the ReadyCT Board
of Directors.

She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, earned her Masters of Arts in organizational management from University of Phoenix, and is an alumna of the Global Leadership in Health Care Program at University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
