Administrative Fellowship
Description
This project-based fellowship provides the opportunity to work with Senior Executive Leadership on assignments based on organizational need and the individual’s personal interests. The Fellow will gain system level exposure to human resources, quality, operations, performance excellence, planning and business development, marketing and finance.
Eligibility
- Early Careerists who have completed their graduate studies within the last 5 years
- Applicants must have a master’s degree (MHA, MHSA, MPH, or related field) or be on schedule to complete their degree before the fellowship start date in June 2025
- Eligible candidates must be graduates from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME)
