What you need to know:
- No referral required, but by creating a referral, patient will be called to schedule
- Direct patients to WhatWillYouGain.org or contact 860.827.6600 to sign up for a free education session to learn more
Referral criteria includes:
- Have a BMI of 35 or more
- Have a BMI of 30 or more with diabetes
- Are of Asian descent with a BMI > 27.5
- Are 40 or more pounds overweight
- Have a BMI of 40 or more with or without commodities
