Patients at the Wound Care Center have access to the latest modalities in wound healing. Each patient is evaluated and assessed, with an individual treatment plan created to meet their specific needs.
Our Comprehensive Wound Care Includes:
- Compression therapy with special wraps to promote healing
- Negative pressure therapy using a device called a “wound vac”
- Synthetic skin grafts to promote skin growth during healing
- Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
- Special dressings that may contain healing medications or fibers
- Debridement, or the cleaning out of unhealthy tissue
- Treatment of diabetic or complex wounds of the food and ankle
- Wound Offloading
